Pricing and Additional Charges
All prices listed are wholesale prices, applicable even for bulk orders. Additional charges include:
12% GST (Goods and Services Tax)
10% courier charges
10% packing charges
Order Processing
We begin processing your order upon receipt of a 50% advance payment. For first-time orders, we accept up to four different glaze options for the total consignment.
Payment Terms
To commence work, we require a 50% advance on the full amount, including all taxes, packing, and courier charges. The remaining balance, including all taxes and additional charges, must be paid in full prior to dispatch from our studio in Auroville. Any additional taxes or deductions must be clarified before placing an order.
Product Characteristics
All our pieces are handmade and glazed with proprietary glazes developed in-house. Due to exposure to wood and gas firings, results may vary from the glazes shown in photographs or previously supplied items. These variations contribute to the unique aesthetic quality of our pottery.
Shipping and Handling
We pack our products with the utmost care; however, we are not responsible for damage occurring during transit. We ship ceramic work throughout India using Blue Dart couriers and have experienced minimal breakage with excellent service over many years of partnership.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery of goods requires eight weeks or more, depending on existing orders and seasonal variables.
Order Acceptance
Receipt of advance payment from the client indicates acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Export Services
For export requirements, we can recommend an export company that has successfully handled numerous exports on our behalf. Export packing incurs an additional 15% charge.
